§ 1 All AoeL members pay contributions in accordance with this contribution scheme which was adopted by the founders meeting on 14.11.2006 in Fulda.

§ 2 Member contributions are to be paid in tranches. The first tranche is paid at the beginning of the financial year, the second is paid at the beginning of the latter half of the financial year (01.07.).

§ 3 New members pay the full member contribution for the current financial year in the year they acquired membership. If membership only becomes effective after 30.06. of the current financial year, only half of the standard contribution must be paid.

§ 4 If a member cancels membership by 31.01. of the current financial year, no further contributions must be paid for the remainder of that financial year.

§ 5 The following amounts are payable annually by member companies.
