		<p>Bei Untersuchungen, unter anderem durch das Chemische und Veterinäruntersuchungsamt Stuttgart, wurden Rückstände von Fosetyl bei verschiedenen Biolebensmitteln aus unterschiedlichen Herkunftsländern festgestellt. Rückstände werden u.a. in Obst, Gemüse, Nüssen, Reis, Pseudocerealien, Körnerleguminosen wie Linsen oder Bohnen, Mais und Kartoffeln gefunden. Fosetyl-Al und Phosphonsäure sind in der EU zugelassene fungizide Wirkstoffe, die unter den Anwendungsbereich der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 396/2005 fallen. Beide Wirkstoffe dürfen im ökologischen Landbau nicht eingesetzt werden.</p>

		<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="text-align: justify;">Als „Multiple Source“-Substanzen werden Stoffe bezeichnet, die aus mehr als einer Quelle in Futter- oder Lebensmittel gelangen können. Sie können für Inverkehrbringer und Hersteller*innen Probleme bei der Eigen- und Fremdkontrolle verursachen. Häufig können sie nicht eindeutig einem Regelungsrahmen zugeordnet werden, da je nach Eintragsquelle entweder die  Rückstandshöchstgehalte-VO (EG) Nr. 396/2005 oder die Grundsätze für den Umgang mit Kontaminanten gelten.</p>

		<p>Informationen des Bundesinstituts für Risikobewertung (BfR) sind Per- und polyfluorierte Alkylsubstanzen (PFAS) Industriechemikalien, die aufgrund ihrer besonderen technischen Eigenschaften in zahlreichen industriellen Prozessen und Bedarfsgegenständen eingesetzt werden. Die Toxizität wird analog zur Dioxinanalytik in ng/kg Körpergewicht festgelegt. PFAS werden im Rahmen des EU- Kontaminanten-Rechts geregelt und können für Bio-Produkte im Rahmen der Sicherheit von Lebensmitteln z.B. durch Auslaufhaltung von Legehennen und Schweinen relevant sein.</p>

		<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">C</span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation">hia-Samen wurden aufgrund der Durchführungsvorordnung (EU) 2017/2470 DER KOM vom 20.12.2017 zur Erstellung der Unionsliste der neuartigen Lebensmittel gemäß der VO (EU) 2015/2283 des EU-Parlaments und des Rates für das Inverkehrbringen zugelassen. Dabei wurden sie der Gruppe „Buchweizen und anderes Pseudogetreide“ zugeordnet, für die derzeit ein Rückstandshöchstgehalt für Kupfer von 10 mg/kg gilt. Für Chia-Samen wurde dieser Wert übernommen. Bei Chia-Samen wird er aber allein aufgrund ihrer Pflanzenphysiologie in der Regel überschritten.</span></p>

Zu diesen Beikräutern zählen unter anderem der Gemeine Stechapfel, das Schwarze Bilsenkraut und die Tollkirsche. Tropanalkaloidhaltige Beikräuter können das Erntegut mit den für Warmblüter toxischen Tropanalkaloiden kontaminieren.</p>

Danach ist Ware, die den Rückstandshöchstgehalt von 0,05 mg/kg für die Summe aus Ethylenoxid und dem Umwandlungsprodukt 2-Chlorethanol, ausgedrückt als Ethylenoxid gesichert überschreitet, nicht mehr verkehrsfähig.</p>
