		<p style="text-align: justify;">Der kürzlich veröffentlichte Bewertungsrahmen &#8222;Assessment Framework for the Evaluation of Organic Food Processing&#8220; beschreibt ein Bewertungsverfahren für Verarbeitungstechnologien. Bei Unsicherheiten bezüglich der Verarbeitungsmethoden im Sinne der Bio-Prinzipien, beispielsweise im Rahmen der Anschaffung einer neuen Produktionsanlage, kann dieses Tool nützlich sein.</p>

		<p style="text-align: justify;">Für die Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln werden ständig neue Technologien entwickelt, was die Frage aufwirft, welche Verarbeitungstechnologien für die Herstellung von biologischen Lebensmitteln geeignet sind. Im Projekt ProOrg wurde ein allgemeiner Bewertungsrahmen für die Beurteilung von Lebensmittelverarbeitungstechnologien für Bioprodukte entwickelt.</p>
